Photography can be frustrating but rewarding as well. We hope through this guided trip to increase the enjoyment of photography and share some extraordinary images of Luangwa’s wildlife. This area offers endless opportunities to improve your skills.
We will shoot most pictures from a open game viewer or from a hide which permits a close approach to the subject. We will limit the number of people on the vehicle to four so everybody will have enough space and can take pictures from both sides. We will be up early every day as low light of early morning (or evening) will be most favourable for good results. After our every photographic morning experience we will have a small break for sandwiches and drinks in the bush.
After brunch you can relax at the swimming pool, take a nap to recharge your battery and those of your camera and equipment, or do some studying to get to know the environment and its animals better. Before our late afternoon drive we can evaluate photographic results and check our equipment for the next drive. We will pay attention to specific interests of each individual. After every evening drive we will have a 3-course diner and we can discuss our moments in the bush.
On our 7 day special Luangwa Wildlife photography trip we will pay special attention to.
We offer the possibility to use a Canon body and the top range of our Canon lenses: 70-200mm 2.8 and 100-400mm IS for 35 $ a day. For bird photography or close up portraits you can rent a 500mm 4.0 Canon lens for 65$ a day.
